kef theatrical productions is an artist run company developing, presenting and producing relevant and exciting new work.
kef theatrical productions’ mission is to:
- Maintain a team of artists-as-administrators to run a theatrical producing organization.
- Present the work of living playwrights, both established and emerging, to a New York audience in a side-by-side collaboration with each playwright.
- Create a nurturing environment for our artists as they pursue their individual careers.
- Promote artistic, ethnic, cultural, social, economic and sexual diversity.
- Bring affordable theater to our schools and communities.
To submit a script to kef of a new play or musical (not yet produced in NYC), send your script (in PDF format only) to Derrick Trumbly, Literary Manager, at derrick@kefproductions.com. The first page of the PDF document should contain a character breakdown and the second page should contain a list of all major production requirements. Please make sure your play is a match with kef's mission above.
