Pause & Play:
A theatrical presentation that takes original short plays written by different writers all dealing with the same subject. The pieces are then woven together and performed as one cohesive presentation. Each play will be rehearsed individually and then the producers put the pieces together a day or two before the performance.
Writers:
The Theme – FEAR
We are looking for ten minute plays with two to three characters that explore the theme of fear. More than a specific genre, we are looking for a clear point of view so that each piece will have its own distinctive voice.
For your play to be considered:

Please include the following:
- Short character description
- A synopsis of your play
- How your play relates to fear
We have minimum props and scenery, so please keep that in mind. We cast all of the shows, but please let us know if you have any recommendations.
Dates:
Submit your play by: July 9th
Selections Announced by: August 1st
Performance: September 4th, location TBA
Rehearsals: Director and Actors will determine their rehearsal times. Writers are welcome to join, if interested.
