Meet the infamous Second-Act Problem head on in this 2-day workshop at Primary Stages ESPA by exploring strategies for developing a problem-proof premise and conflict. Proceed through your second act with two principles in mind: how your hero needs to be tested, and how your audience empathizes and delights in the hero’s process. Screenwriters of all levels are welcome to join, but familiarity with three-act structure prior to joining this workshop is highly recommended.
Our award-winning faculty, comprised of working professionals in the field, provides practical skills and expert guidance in a collaborative community atmosphere.
